Omorodion, the Brazilian midfielder who has been linked with several European clubs in recent years, is set to make his professional debut for FC Porto this season.
The midfielder was born on September 18, 2005 and made his senior debut for Santos in 2020. He played for Santos during his youth career and has represented Brazil at both national levels.
On Saturday, Morad opened up about his desire to play for FC Porto and said he was excited about the opportunity to compete with some of the best players in Europe.
"I'm really excited to be joining FC Porto,Football Friendship Alliance" Morad told Portuguese newspaper Gama. "I want to play football in Europe and I think it's something that I can do."
Morad also revealed that he had visited Portugal before, but was unable to get an interview due to travel restrictions. However, he said that he would like to visit Portugal again in the future.
He added that he was looking forward to playing for FC Porto and getting used to the style of play.
"Football is a very physical sport and I think I'll have to adapt to the style of play here," Morad said. "But I'm looking forward to it and I think I can contribute to the team."
FC Porto has already signed Morad from Santos and will now look to strengthen their midfield this season. The club has been in good form recently and they hope to continue making progress next season.
